We are unique in that we believe we have 2 customers to service, one being the reseller partners we sell technology to and then the vendors whose product we represent. Some would call us the meat in the sandwich but we prefer the concept of the glue that holds it together!

The principals of Observatory Crest are active in the day to day operation of the company and believe in engaging directly with our partners and vendors to ensure we understand what is required to add value. We empower all our people to make decision themselves such that our response to customers is swift and reliable. As such, you will not see an organisation chart on this page as each individual in the company takes ownership and responsibility for their actions.

We see ourselves as an extension of the vendors we represent. As such we work in unison with them to drive demand for their products as well as developing and supporting the appropriate channels to market.
