We hire exceptional pre sales talent. Our aim is to have engineers that could substitute a vendor pre sales
engineer. We ensure our people are constantly engaging with our vendors to ensure the necessary level
of knowledge transfer takes place. Our Pre Sales Engineers are focused on delivering the following value to
our partners:

Gone are the days when distributors make more margin in a deal than the business partners they are meant
to be supporting!
We firmly believe in creating value for our partners through demand generation activities that lead to
identifying qualified customer leads. These campaigns will be focused on specific verticals (geographic
and technical). Our philosophy will be always to identify if an incumbent partner already exists within
the account/customer we are calling and to pass on any opportunities uncovered to that partner. Where
no partner exists we will work with the vendor to ensure leads are passed to their highest level of
accredited partner.
We recognise that customers will often want to see technology operating within their own environment for
Proof Of Concept (POC) purposes. As such we provide our partners with access to demonstration equipment
and assist them in the implementation of this where required.
Were required, we can provide comprehensive sales training for resellers on the technologies we represent.
This will include product overviews, product positioning and competitive assessment. Most importantly it
will revolve around identifying the customer need and the value proposition offered by a vendors’ solution.
Working in conjunction with our vendor partners, we provide resellers with the necessary information to allow
them to renew existing support contracts in a timely and effective manner. We will always work with the
incumbent partner in relation to maintenance renewals. Our goal is to position Australia as a global leader in
renewal rates within our vendor partners.
